Phumlani heads up management and community/stakeholder relationships at our community centre. Phumlani is from Ncekwane community, and plays an integral role in making sure we meet the real needs of the community.
Ashling McCarthy - Programme Manager
Ashling believes every child deserves an opportunity to create a meaningful, fulfilling and significant life. By providing rural children with access to programmes focused on levelling the playing field, she’s excited to see their future unfold.
We are very thankful to have a wonderful group of YES! Youth interns working with us. The interns are sponsored by companies, and have their first working opportunity with us. During this time, we focus on soft skills development, as well as working with them to create an action plan for the studies and future career path.
